All of our customisable products have been made to an exacting specification that is unique to the individual customer. As a result, customisable products are non-returnable.

Non-customisable products can be returned within 28 days. Items must be sent back to our UK studio in mint condition for a full refund. Please contact us, to let us know you would like to return an item.
