By applying for a wholesale account, or placing a wholesale order with us, you consent to the following terms and conditions. Please carefully review them, and contact us if you have any questions.

Sales venues

Wholesale is only available to brick-and-mortar stores. If you also have an online presence and require permission to sell our products on your website, contact us. Our products should not be sold on any other online retail outlet, including but not limited to Amazon, Ebay, Etsy, Walmart, Alibaba or Facebook Buy groups.

Minimum order value

The minimum order value is £100 for the first order, and £75 for restocking orders. Minimum order values may be subject to change without notice.

How to place an order

In order to place an order, you need to apply for a wholesale account using our online form. Your request will be reviewed to check eligibility, and additional information might be requested, such as address of your retail outlet, photos of your storefront and product displays. Once approved, you can then submit orders via our website. The products that you receive may vary slightly from the photos on our website.

Recommended retail price

Products should be sold at the recommended retail price (RRP), or higher. Any discounts should be limited to 15% of the RRP, and such promotional events should not be longer than 2 weeks. Contact us if you plan to have special sale events beyond the 15% discount. Wholesale prices and products should be deemed as confidential information. Publishing or revealing such information is strictly prohibited.

Payment terms

Payments can be made via debit or credit card, or PayPal at the time of ordering. If you want to use BACS transfer as payment method, or if you want to apply for longer payment terms, contact us before placing an order. All bank charges must be paid by you.

Shipping

Shipping charges (if applicable) will be calculated separately and added to your order. Any import duties, taxes or other costs relating to the delivery of the order are your responsibility.

Returns

Inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival, and notify us within 48 hours of receipt of damaged or defective packages providing photos of the damages including packaging. We do not accept returns of unsold stock.

Copyrights & brand assets

You are not allowed to copy, publish, or reproduce any material from our website and from our social media channels, including but not limited to articles, illustrations, photos and audio-visual media. Contact us if you need products photos to use on your website or promotional material. All our products (including photos) should not be altered in any way, or rebranded.
